Scott's professional career spans 20 years as the broker and owner of Indian Lake Realty with experience in resort real estate sales including listings, selling and property management.

Scott is an alumni of Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA, where he obtained his bachelor's degree in Business Management. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors.

Scott and his wife Kristi have two children: Cullen and Lydia. In his spare time, Swank enjoys fishing, boating, golfing and serves on the Indian Lake Golf Club Board of Directors.

Scott leads the Seven Springs Resort Realty Team, and they are dedicated to welcoming clients and homeowners to the Seven Springs family and providing the highest standards of service.

Michelle Buccilli
Sales Agent

Michelle began her career in the legal industry in 1984 where she worked as a legal assistant and office manager for two of Pittsburgh’s largest law firms. In 2001, Michelle relocated to Miami, where she obtained her Florida real estate license. Her focus was on luxury and resort residences. She was later recruited by a legal staffing company in Pittsburgh to manage their offices in Pittsburgh and Cleveland. She was then promoted to recruiting director where she became involved in legal recruiting, placing attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants throughout law firms and legal departments in the Pittsburgh area.

In 2006, Michelle worked for a real estate recruiting agency as an executive recruiter where she recruited real estate executives in top management positions.Michelle obtained her Pennsylvania real estate license and began her real estate career with Howard Hanna Geary in Somerset, Pa., where she was named agent of the month in her first active month in the industry.

She will work closely with broker Scott Swank to provide a high level of service to clients and focusing on clients in the Pittsburgh region.
